Music at CUUC presents Adam Kent in a solo piano recital celebrating African-American influences in composers of diverse backgrounds. Compositions by George Gershwin, Scott Joplin, Maurice Ravel, and others. A pre-concert talk with composer Tania Leon opens the event, which also features a guest appearance by soprano Mary Lane Cobb.
